A variety of forms will be required for a complete registration. When complete, please upload the forms into the registration portal within your registration.
- Proof of Insurance (Consult the NOR for minimum requirements)
- Liability Release Form
- Parent / Guardian Consent and Declaration. (Required for competitors under the age of 18 years)
